Senbatsu members for AKB48’s 40th Single, “Bokutachi wa Tatakawanai” ( 僕たちは戦わない ) was announced today during AKB48’s Solo Concert at Saitama Super Arena – Shimazaki Haruka is chosen to be the solo-center this time.

Iriyama Anna declined a spot on 40th Single Senbatsu

I was allowed to decline a spot as a Senbatsu member for AKB48 40th Single.

To everyone that have been supporting me, I’m sorry.

I’m sure you are all surprised, after all, won’t you be? But, I’ve come to this conclusion after I thought about it a lot.

I’m sorry for always making everyone worried.

Also, I heard about Ricchan’s graduation from Ricchan herself – on top of that, we also talk a lot to each other about other things.

So it’s not like I declined the senbatsu position because I heard about Ricchan graduating.

One day, I myself will also graduate, but when that happens, the reason will be something that I decide on my own – not because of other things.

I must’ve made everyone worried because I cried so much after Ricchan’s announcement, I’m sorry! I’m fine now! ☺︎笑
