‘That is Mutual Love?’ AKB48’s Iriyama Anna exhibited a questionable voice with ‘Mutual Love Ticket’

  June 24, 2012

AKB48’s Iriyama Anna’s Google+ just posted about the joy of obtaining a “Mutual Love Ticket”. There was a considerable number of questions from readers, such as “What do you mean?” Among them was one that said “These days, that (Mutual Love) is a delicate and complicated topic of conversation.” Many different kinds of voices were heard, whom were very interested. This “Mutual Love Ticket” was a hot topic over 6 years ago. But nowadays its degree of penetration is not so good.

Iriyama Anna, an AKB48 Team 4 member is currently 16 and is one of the anticipated young girls. On the 23rd of June, 9pm on Google+, right after posting “After buying a ticket, I realized that it was a Mutual Love Ticket. I wonder who it will be with?” and with this photo:

her fans started pouring in questions.

Towards the photo with the numbers “3173” where many questions such as, “What does that mean?”, “What is a Mutual Love Ticket?”. On the other spectrum of comments were things such as, “17% is low”, “17% means that it won’t be Mutual Love, right?”. Comments like these had around the same amount as the first group. This was an urban legend-like thing. The case where the first and last digits of the number on a ticket are the same, that kind of ticket is called a “Mutual Love Ticket”. And also the 2 digits between are said to be the percentage of Mutual Love.

It wasn’t a craze recently to that extent, but it had already been a hot topic on the internet in 2006. Also, Kanda Rioka of the music group “Goosehouse” sung an original song called “Mutual Love Ticket”. And it currently isn’t a craze in the current generation of Iriyama Anna.

By the way, Yokoyama Yui and others such as NMB48’s Yamamoto Sayaka also commented, however they all knew the meaning of it.
In the comments of the readers, in response to Iriyama’s “I wonder who my partner will be?”, there have been many voices such as “It’s me!” But comments with profound meanings were also seen such as, “Is there also a prohibition even on 17% Mutual Loves?” and, “In a delicate and complicated time, a delicate and complicated image…” Even now comments are being posted, so it still seems like you can still get hyped up about it.

It was a “Mutual Love Ticket” where the readers were this interested in it. Already having been sung by Kanda Rioka, but nonetheless, you also cannot deny the possibility that Akimoto Yasushi may use it in one of AKB’s songs hereafter.
