Kawaei Rina and Iriyama Anna selected to Senbatsu for the new song for "AKB48+Me"

  October 18, 2012

This is how Senbatsu would look like if they form Senbatsu without members from other groups.

If Kato Rena from ANRIRE will be included in this Senbatsu, who will be replaced by her?

↑If you naturally think, it must be Takajo.

They shamelessly excluded only Umechan from Gingham Check Senbatsu?

It's become awkward to see Takajo's name in Senbatsu at this point when she decreased votes number a lot and will transfer to Jakrta soon.

And secretly Sashihara's name isn't on the list.

Removed HKT and SKE members (Sashi, Rena, Jurina) and added Takajo, Kawaei, Iriyama to members who ranked top 15 in this election.

↑Why the hell they draw the line at 15? It's so mean to Umechan…!! Do they want Umechan Ota to hate on Takajo??

It's come to the point where we don't feel nothing awkward seeing Shimazaki-san's name in Senbatsu while it's getting feeling awkward to see Takajo-san's name in Senbtasu.

And no Umechan….

I appreciate the fact they removed Sashihara and Kato, but why the hell Takajo is here?

It's become the defacto standard to see Paruru's name in Senbatsu.
And it looks like Ricchan will be the same as Paruru.

What I can't still figure out is the order and rank of Iriyama and KatoRena in management's mind.

Probably they've already recorded and filmed the song long before like they did for Juryoku Sympathy as Takajo and Miyazawa are included in Senbatsu.

The thing is who will join AKB48's Senbatsu when Miyazawa and Takajo go out?
Mitsumune? Kato? or Oshima Ryoka?

↑It will be perfected by adding Rena and Jurina.
The thing is whether folks like Minegishi, Kasai or Kitahara can secure their position from rising stars from the west, namely Milky and Sayanee.

I don't know which agency Kawaei will make a contract with, but whichever agency she will belong to, Ohta or Burning, it's clear basically to win the contract with big agencies is the shortest way to become Senbatsu members of AKB.

Though it's belated to say this, 7gen members couldn't take an advantage of a little opportunities they were given…
※7gen members (Final audition in Dec of 2008):
Iwasa Misaki, Kikuchi Ayaka, Komori Mika, Sato Sumire, Suzuki Shihori (comeback as 11gen), Suzuki Mariya, Maeda Ami, Matsui Sakiko

↑It's not only 7gen members. 9gen members also have little chance to go top except Shimazaki and Yokoyama who have made the most of chances they got.

※Other 9gen members: Ohba Mina, Shimada Haruka, Takeuchi Miyu, Nagao Mariya, Nakamura Mariko, Suzuran

↑I agree that Yokoyama has established her poistion, everyone will agree with it, but we still have to wait to see if Paruru can make the most of chances she was given and got herself

Don't complain about Umechan not being included in this Senbatsu. Instead, Umechan is making tons of TV appearances in Major TV shows, which is far more important to forge her career.

↑Plus, it's mainly because Takajo's Production secured her position by renderiong it's power or I should say depribed Umechan of her position.

It looks like AKB48 is severely lacking young talents who can succeed the veteran members.
Obviosuly AKB48 has been deprived of many of it's fans by SKE and NMB, while pie hasn't grown that much.

↑The grass always seems greener on the other side of the fence.
There's no one who surpass the potential of Mitsumune Kaoru.

Whatever you say, still Kami 7 (Kami 8 – Sashihara) has an outstanding presence.

They'd better give up promoting current young Aces, and put focus on younger members, like under 16, who can be stars when Kami 8 members graduate….

it’s sad how all the discussions going in this page is about Umechan being left or blablablah and no one ever mention (or even realizing) that Mariko’s name is missing from the senbatsu. 🙁

Seems it was only left out in the translation because she’s listed in the source article.
