NMB48 Fukumoto Aina, interview on her first full marathon as a charity runner at Osaka Marathon

-You have teammates. They're your rivals, too. Are there any common points between activities as a member of NMB48 and running full marathon?

“If you're together with everyone, you will find that we can help each other for many things.
When I run together with many people for the first time in 'RUNNING CAMP' in September, I found one thing. I've soon become exhausted or have abdominal pain. But when I have people who run together with me, I feel secured and it reduced the speed to get exhausted. It totally changes your emotional attitude. It makes me run with feeling joy.

And if I would ever stop during the running, I think I will feel I can hang in there if people talk to me and encourage me. I want to join the event with an attitude that if I can afford to do it, I gotta talk to people.”

-Last of all, please express your enthusiasm.

“Running the full marathon is one thing, and beating my set goal is another thing. I figured that I'd better to raise a bar, so I declared that my set goal is running the marathon in 5 and a half hours. And because I said so, I want to keep the promise and beat my set timee. I will try my best to achieve my goal.

Though I'm not a kind of person who is mentally strong, I want to compensate it with efforts. I want to join the event with a secured mind as possible. My grand parents are worried about me a bit, but my parents are supporting me. I want to take this as an opportunity to step up as an idol who can play sports actively.”
