DSLR gains popularity as a camera for professional video production thanks to the video director of AKB48’s music videos

As a fan of AKB48, the name of Takahashi Eiki is already familiar to you. He is a video director at Toppan Printing Co. and have directed a number of AKB48 music videos* as well as two of AKB48’s documentary films, “Show Must Go On” and “No Flower without Rain”.

He is the first video director who employed DSLR, Canon EOS 5D Mark II, for the music video production of major artists, namely Junen Zakura” (10-year cherry blossom) in 2008.
