JKT48 3rd Anniversary Concert Report! AKB48 x JKT48 joint concert to be held in February 2015!

Hey guys we meet again. This time I’ll write about JKT48 3rd anniversary concert which was held in two days (27th – 28th December 2014).

Around 4000 fans flocked on the two day event. I was one of the fans who lucky enough to watch all shows which proves to be the best JKT48 concert I’ve ever attended. (All pictures are credited to the uploader)

Day 1

Arrive at the concert site at 17:30 to meet up with some friends then start to queue at the gate from 18.00.

After waiting around 45 minutes, we were finally allowed to enter the building.

The concert started around 45 minutes later from the initial schedule.

1st Day Announcements

• JKT48 will release their very own documentary
  Following the footsteps of their sister groups, JKT48 will release their own Documentary titled “Keajaiban 3 Tahun” (The Three Year Miracle) at the end of January. The DVD will be sold at Rp 180.000 (1800 yen/$18)
• JKT48 School will be release on DVD
  JKT48 School, JKT48 first variety show will be release on DVD soon, the show will be on the new concept and format, the release date will announced later.
• Fans can suggest a name for Haruka Project
  JKT48’s 1st sub unit, Haruka Project, asked the fans to make a suggestions for their name on Twitter which will be announced on the next day
• Nabilah will Star in a Movie
  
  JKT48’s youngest member, Nabilah Ratna Ayu will star in a Horror Movie “Wewe” (Female Ghost) directed by one of Indonesia’s prominent director, Rizal Mantovani.
• 4th Generation Audition Started
  The major announcement of the day was the announcement that JKT48 will start auditions for 4th generation members.
  The selection process is scheduled to start from January 2015.
