Syukan Playboy magazine aka “Gravure Magazine almost exclusively dedicated to AKB” published their own forecast for this upcoming election, which is a really serious attempt.

64. Kaori Matsumura (-) <- she has a series in Playboy Japan Magazine, so it's rather a sympathy of Playboy's editorial staffs for her than a serious forecast.

One of the highlight of this election is whether Hosare men (members who hadn’t given any promotion from the management) can finally show up in the ranking and join the election single or not. The magazine obviously picked Nakayan and Natsumi for these members but not Micha and Kana Kobayashi. HKT members are most likely not going to make their way to top-64 even for one single member, I guess.

Sayanee and Yuihan’s rankings may be opposite, and as everybody think, Suziran will 100% be 33th~48th. Overall this forecast makes sense, but…. 17th Churi, 33th Yuria… and 63th…. lol they obviously favors SKE in this ranking.

Another blod forecast the magazine made is that Rino-chan and Rena will overtake original members, Kojiharu, Takamina and Tomochin, which is more about what kind of Drama we want to see on 6th June rather than forecast.

By the way my (serious) bet is 1. Yuko, 2. Yukirin, 3. Mariko, 4. Mayuyu, 5. Takamina, 6. Sashiko, 7. Kojiharu, 8. Rena, 9. Tomochin, 10. Jurina, 11. Sae, 12. Akicha, 13. KitaRie, 14. Yuihan 15. Miichan 16. Churi, 17. Chuu, 18. Amina, 19. Sayanee, 20, Sayaka…

Honestly, if Acchan didn’t graduate, I think there’s no possibility for Takamina, Kojiharu and Tomochin to place higher than Rena and Sashiko (it’s strange to treat these 2 together, but I named them just because it’s likely that they’ll place similar ranks.), but the fact Acchan graduates may, I think, affect fans sentiment to look back and reminiscent the past memory. But I want to note one thing. Election forecast is not an estimation. It’s your own ranking that can convince yourself. It’ not that.. say “She sold theater version rapidly, so she may place XX” but it’s like “What she has done deserves XX.”
By the way what about the ranking of the rest members? …I have no idea… but because of the reason that it’ll be really hard to expect what will happen as SKE and NMB Ota will have huge presence in this election, I think announcement of below 17th to 64th will be actually more exciting than top-16!!
