Reason why Mayuyu doesn't want to Kiss anyone but Moeno

Takamina: “Mayu-chan doesn’t often kiss someone, does she?”
Minegishi: “She only kisses Moeno.”
Kojima: “Why only Moeno??”
Minegishi: “She said only Moeno exudes a smell of baby from her face.’

I think, once, she certainly said something like, 'Moeno smells so nice~~~.'??
