Cover Artworks (total 4 types) of NMB48’s 1st album “Teppen Tottande (We Gotta Get to No.1)” (go on sale on February 27) have been released.
NMB48, the Osaka-based idol group, that regrettably missed solo appearance at year-end-grand-music-show NHK’s Kohaku Utagassen. On January 18, members of the group gathered at NHK broadcasting center, Shibuya, Tokyo, the venue for the Kohaku, to participate in photo shoot for the cover artworks of their 1st album “Teppen Tottande”.
12 (←quite doubtful as other members also appeared on the covers) Members who joined the photo shoot are Yamamoto Sayaka, Watanabe Miyuki, Yokoyama Yui, Yamada Nana, Fukumoto Aina, Ogasawara Mayu, Yagura Fuuko, Yoshida Akari, Joenishi Kei, Kotani Riho, Kadowaki Kanako and Tanigawa Airi.
They hold a pleated paper fan called a harisen, a traditional manzai prop often used for Tsukkomi in Kansai style comedy and stare at a camera with serious expressions in the photos, which convey their determination to get to their current goal, Kohaku Utagassen, this year.
The album includes all title tracks of their previous singles – From “Zetsumetsu Kurokami Shojo” to “Kitagawa Kenji” – as well as popular numbers like “Seihun no Laptime”, “NMB48” and “HA!”, plus a completely new song for the album titled “12月31日 (December 31)”, exactaly the date of NHK Kohaku Utagassen.
PV for “12月31日” unveiled during today’s team N’s stage at NMB48 theater!
