Oshima Yuko, Sashihara Rino and Kashiwagi Yuki run for 2013 AKB48 32nd single Senbatsu General Election

We accepted Oshima Yuko’s election application as of 8:35am on April 6th.

We gonna see One on One battle between Yuko and Mayuyu!!

Will she be a step ladder for the new Ace? Or prove that there’s no one but Maeda Atsuko who could beat her?

Did she have no choice but fulfill her responsibility to be an essential figure in this Generation Change thing?

Whatever, there must be uproars of Yuko Ota at the handshake event as she submitted the application at this morning, before handshake event.

Last night two our favorite members officially declared their candidacy, namely Sashihara Rino and Kashiwagi Yuki.

Sashiko, who truly knows how to pump up the mood, how to generate buzz, did say what we expect from her, too. “(I will run for the election!) I will aim at No.1 spot this year!!”, that’s what she said upon being asked by fans what rank she will aim at.

Soon after hi-five event at team H’s theater performance, Sashiko walked through fans towards the table where a staff is waiting for submission. After she finished filing her application she turned to her fans and raising a finger, saying “Everyone! Hope you’ll support me!”

Then fans asked her “1st spot? Is that mean you’re gonna aim at 1st spot this year!?!?”, which Sashihara comically responded “Non non non non!! LOL”

On March 31th, the day they started accepting application, Sashihara Rino shared her thought with her fans, on Google Plus.

“I will run for the election this year for the sake of HKT48.
Honestly, I am uneasy about that, but as you know, members of HKT48 are looking my back*.
I gotta take an action and step forward, otherwise they can’t follow me.
I gotta run.
My idea might be wrong, but that’s what I decided.”

*In japanese, it’s very common to say “Learn from one’s back”, which implies disciples learning from their memtor’s attitude and action rather than his/her words.

Yukirin is insanely hot.

Yesterday, AKB48 Kashiwagi Yuki for the first time made a public appearance in police woman costume. She is playing a starring role in new Drama series “タガーリン (Tagarin)”, the spinoff of popular Drama “Galileo” stars actor Fukuyama Masaharu.

*The Drama will start airing on March 13th, and will be aired from 25:35 to 25:42 (7 minutes x total 11 episodes) every Saturday midnight.

Yukirin plays a role of police woman, who works in traffic department, but secretly serves as a special police agent to investigate crimes that must be kept secret to public.

Kashiwagi Yuki’s comment:

I’m playing a role of very passionate and energetic character in this Drama, but I want to be as passionate for the election, too! I will give my best to both of them!”
